Auto Ship Program
Program Details:
When you make your first purchase to set up your auto ship subscription, you will choose the frequency of shipment (intervals from 15 days up to 90 days) and submit payment for your first shipment. You not only save 15% off the price of the candy, but you also receive a discounted shipping rate on each shipment. You will be billed at each pre-set shipping date (as you set up), and your recurring order will be shipped.

You will receive an email from us 7 days prior to each
scheduled auto-ship date, and you then have 3 days to make edits
or cancel. Any edits or cancellations within 4 days of the
schedule ship date will take effect AFTER the ship date (i.e.
changes will affect the following/subsequent orders, and any
cancellation will have AFTER that order is shipped).
How do I change the shipping
interval or cancel my subscription?
1. Log into your customer profile: MY ACCOUNT

2. Go to "Recurring Orders"
3. Select "View Details" on the order you wish to cancel or
edit
4. You can now change the frequency, date, and payment method
for your subscription, or select "Cancel this order". Remember if
you cancel within 4 days of the auto-ship date, that order has
already been processed and queued for shipping so your
cancellation will take effect AFTER that last order ships.
