HISTORY OF THE VIRAL SENSATION:
This
bar (originated by Fix Dessert
Chocolatier in Dubai) went viral on TikTok in December 2023. But with
availability being near zero, several versions have sprung up around the
world. Some are good, and some are truly terrible. The mass-produced
knock-off versions you'll find in large chain retailers leave out key
ingredients, use lower quality ingredients, or use artificial flavors
and colors to reproduce the bar.
OUR BAR:
After we were
asked (by some chocolate foodies in our area) to produce this bar locally due to the unobtainable status of the UAE original,
we tested as many as we could get our hands on. We found
a strong commonality among bars from the middle east sharing harmonious flavor profiles that hit just right,
and that was our road map to produce our own.
Our faithful re-creation of
the viral global sensation boasts the perfect blend of Pistachio paste, Tahini
(sesame), and butter-toasted Kaitifi (shredded phyllo dough) encased in the
very top couverture-grade milk chocolate available in Belgium. A delightful
flavor journey from start to finish with lovely complexity and remarkable
textures, from the crunch of the toasted Kataifi to the striking melding of
nutty flavors of Pistachio paste with Tahini, joined by the silky-smooth mouth feel and flavor
notes of the couverture 33.6% milk chocolate.
SIZE: 17oz (1.1lb) - This bar is truly a princely portion. 8" long by 4" wide, it weighs just over a full pound, since we know you won't be able to get enough of this amazing candy.

OPTIONAL GIFT BOX: We offer a gorgeous pistachio-green and chocolate-brown hinged hard-sided window gift box with chocolate brown crinkle and brown satin ribbon.
CHOCOLATE OPTIONS: Standard is luxurious couverture-grade Belgian 33.6% milk chocolate. Optional Belgian chocolate choices are 28% white chocolate, 72% BOLD dark chocolate ("bitter-sweet" range with no dairy), and 54.5% MILD dark chocolate ("semi-sweet" range & does not have the bitterness or health benefits of 70%-plus chocolate).
INGREDIENTS: Belgian chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, vanilla), Pistachio paste (pistachio, sugar, milk powder, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), Tahini (sesame seed), Kataifi (wheat flour, salt), butter.
ALLERGENS: Dairy, nuts, wheat, soy lecithin (an emulsifier in the Belgian milk chocolate).
STORAGE: Can
be stored chilled for months before opening the bar. Once the bar is
opened, store chilled if not consumed in a week (the dairy in the
pistachio cream will eventually turn). For long term refrigerated
storage be sure the bar is sealed in an air tight container.
PRODUCTION AVAILABILITY: This is a low-production hand-crafted special order item. Usually 3-5 business days lead time.
FILLING LEAKAGE NOTE: Slight imperfections aren't defects. It just means the bar was hand-made with care. Slight leaking of the filling is not a cause for alarm and should be expected if the bar is being shipped. Wipe the side of the bar with a paper towel before taking any pics for your socials.

WARM SEASON:
During warmer months where confections will melt in transit, the best
shipping option is insulated cold-packed UPS 2nd Day Air.
Obviously,
it's a higher shipping cost, but we want your confections to arrive as
pretty as they left our doors. To avoid our confections melting in transit over a weekend, cold pack shipments are sent out MONDAY-WEDNESDAY ONLY.
